SALEM — Notch Brewing is opening a second location in Brighton.
The Salem-based brewer announced Tuesday plans to open a brewery, taproom and year-round biergarten at the Charles River Speedway Headquarters site next summer.
Notch will be the anchor tenant of The Speedway, a collaborative development spearheaded by the preservation group Architectural Heritage Foundation and the state Department of Conservation and Recreation. Read the full story here.
