The Baltzell Manor House is part of the Massachusetts Horticultural Society’s 36-acre campus within DCR’s Elm Bank Reservation, located along the Charles River where the towns of Dover, Wellesley and Natick meet. The 1907 Manor House, a 36,000 square foot Georgian Revival mansion, has been vacant since 1981.

Massachusetts Horticultural Society (MHS), is working toward a viable business plan and development strategy for the historic Manor House that will also support their mission of changing people’s lives through horticulture.

AHF is providing redevelopment and historic preservation financing guidance to MHS as they explore opportunities to incorporate a restored Manor House into their broader site and long-term vision.

Let’s work together.
